[There's a faint rapping on a door that fades away, followed by a more urgent knocking. This pattern repeats about ten minutes later in what sounds like another area before it too fades. And then, about fifteen minutes later:]

[very faint, distinct sounds of something soft-ish and heavy being pounded, over and over, chains rattling-- someone's beating the hell out of a punching bag, from the sound of it.
